At Jetson Systems, we’ve distinguished ourselves in the industry through our unique process and services that help complete Crestron and AMX projects on time and on budget.

Fixed bid pricing – We offer and stand by our fixed cost pricing contracts.  We take great care to review the project design so that we can offer our dealers the luxury of fixing their bid to protect profit margins.

Software Requirements – On every project we develop a functional software requirements specification that lays out all of the Crestron or AMX screen shots and technical configuration of the system, with descriptions of the intended functionality.

Source Code – Jetson Systems provides source code to clients that request it.  This gives our clients maximum flexibility and security for future upgrades and maintenance.

Site Preparation – The majority of our programming is handled off-site, so our programmers are ready to hit the ground running on-site.  We also send a tech to test connections, update firmware, and configure devices, ensuring maximum efficiency on every project.

Quality Control – We don’t expect the Integrator or End User to have to find software bugs, which lead to multiple follow up visits and frustration.  Once the code has been deployed, we send a trained QC technician or Project Manager to the site for a thorough QC.
